All SOAR! Adventure Park policies must be adhered to when visiting for the safety of all guests and participants. 

 

Q: Do I need to sign a SOAR! Waiver?

 

Waivers are required for each participant. Adults (18+) must have their own waiver on file, minors must have a waiver on file signed by their parent/guardian before entering the facility. Those entering to watch, and do not plan to participate on attractions, do not need a waiver on file.

Q: Are SOAR! Grip socks required?

 

YES! The SOAR! grip socks are required for all attractions inside the facility. Grip socks from other companies/brands can be exchanged for free SOAR! Socks, but are not allowable for use within the park. SOAR! Socks are re-usable, therefore they are just a one time purchase. 

 

Q: Is there a minimum age for drop off play? 

 

SOAR! does require children ages 14 and under to be accompanied by an adult (18+) at all times while they are in the facility. Participants ages 15 and over may be in the facility to participate in activities without an adult present, but must have a valid waiver on file and cannot be responsible for other minors. 

 

Q: Can we bring in outside food and drink?

 Personal water bottles, allergy friendly snacks for those with food allergies, and items that are medically necessary are allowed in at tables both in our downstairs seating and upstairs lounge areas. Anyone wishing to celebrate a special occasion with desserts or food is welcome to book a party package!

Q: Can we celebrate a party or special occasion?

YES! We have a variety of packages and group ticket offerings for any type of celebration. Outside food and desserts are only allowed to be brought in with a package booking that provides access to one of our private rooms. Q: What are the safety rules for the park?

Safety signage is posted throughout the facility, including specific safety guidelines for specific attractions. General safety guidelines are as follows: 

 

• Be aware and courteous to others.

• No inappropriate language.

• No running.

• Always follow posted rules throughout the park.

• No throwing, pushing, tackling or rough housing on SOAR! Adventure Park property.

• No sitting, laying, or lounging on the trampolines or various airbags.

• No climbing, kicking off or jumping on walls or nets.

• No one over 48 "tall in the playground. 

• Adults with SOAR! Socks are allowed to accompany their child into the playground when their child has a purchased ticket.

• Anyone entering activities must empty their pockets (no cell phones, money, keys, etc.)

• No Food/Drink allowed on the activity floor or play areas.

• Shoes must be removed before entering the activity floor. 

• No toys or outside objects allowed in the attractions areas.
