Q: What is the SOAR! Adventure Park membership?

A: SOAR! Adventure Park membership provides recurring access to park attractions based on the membership level selected at enrollment. Important notes:

Memberships are billed every 30 days

Memberships automatically renew each month until cancelled

Only one (1) membership may be used per individual

Membership benefits are non-transferable and non-shareable
Q: How does billing work?
A: By enrolling, you authorize SOAR! Adventure Park to charge your selected payment method on a recurring monthly basis.ï‚· The first charge is processed on your enrollment date and recurring charges take place every 30 days, regardless of how many days in a month. A valid payment method must remain on file at all times. If a payment fails, access to benefits may be temporarily suspended. SOAR! Adventure Park reserves the right to suspend or cancel memberships for non-payment or chargebacks.
Q: How often can I use my membership?
A: Unless otherwise stated in your membership level, limited to one (1) admission per member, per day. Each admission allows 2 consecutive hours of jump time. All visits are subject to facility capacity restrictions and some attractions and add-ons may not be included. SOAR! Adventure Park reserves the right to adjust operating hours or attraction availability at any time.
Q: How many memberships are there?
A: There are 3 different types of memberships:

The monthly Explorer Membership provides access to the entire park and all attractions (minus playground if over 6 years of age) for 120 minutes each day your membership is active. The membership is tied to the individual it is purchased under and is not interchangeable or transferrable.

The monthly Family Membership provides access to the entire park and all attractions (minus playground if over 6 years of age) for 120 minutes each day your membership is active. The memberships are tied to the individuals they are purchased under and are not interchangeable or transferrable once a new month beings.

The monthly Playground Membership provides access to only the playground area, with a FREE parent included during each visit for 120 minutes each day your membership is active. The membership is tied to the individual it is purchased under and is not interchangeable or transferrable. The FREE parent is not defined and can be different on each visit.

Annual Memberships - When purchasing any of the above memberships on an annual basis, you will receive a
10% discount on the final price for that membership.
Q: How do I cancel my membership?
A: You may cancel anytime in person at SOAR! Adventure Park or online via your membership page. Cancellation terms:

Must be submitted at least 1 business day before your next billing date

If proper notice is not given, one final monthly charge may occur

Your membership remains active through the end of your current billing cycle

No partial-month refunds

No refunds for unused visits

Once cancelled, the membership cannot be reactivated at the same rate if prices have changed
Q: Are there any refunds?
A: All membership fees are non-refundable, including partially used months. No refunds will be issued due to facility closures (weather, repairs, or maintenance), personal scheduling conflicts, inability to attend, or membership suspension due to rule violations.
Q: What rules must members follow?
A: Children 14 and under must have a parent or guardian (someone 18 or older) in the facility. A valid signed Liability Waiver & Assumption of Risk agreement is required and must be updated as required by state and facility regulations. All members must follow posted park rules, safety guidelines, and staff instructions. Failure to do so may result in:

Permanent cancellation without refund
Membership does not protect against removal from the park for unsafe or inappropriate behavior

Q: Can SOAR! change the terms of the membership?
A: Yes, SOAR! Adventure Park reserves the right to modify these terms at any time with written or posted notice. Continued use of the membership after changes go in to effect constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
Q: Do I have to sign a waiver?
A: Yes. By enrolling in membership, you confirm you have reviewed, understood and signed the required Liability Waiver & Assumption of Risk Agreement, and that you agree to follow all park policies and procedures.
Q: Do I get any party discounts or benefits by being a member?
A: No, there are no party discounts related to our membership programs.
