Party Frequently Asked Questions

Q: Are non-jumping guests included in the party count?

 

A: No, only jump guests count toward your party package total.  Parents, guardians, grandparents, and other non-jumping guests are welcome to attend at no charge — we simply ask that they remove their shoes before entering the activity area. If they’d like to join in the adventure attractions, they may purchase an Adventure Ticket at the front desk.

Q: Can I add additional jumpers to my party?

 

A: Yes, you can add up to 9 additional jumpers to your selected party package at the respective additional charge. Additional jumpers should be added in advance of your party date.  Additions on the day of the party are subject to available capacity within the park, so we strongly encourage you to make additions ahead of time. You will not be charged for additional guest reservations that are not used on the day of the party.  You will not receive a credit or refund for fewer than 10 total guests.

Q: What happens during our two-hour party?

 

A: Your two-hour party includes both play and celebration time! At check-in and waiver verification, your guests will be given their timed wristbands and SOAR! socks, which they keep. Your party host will escort you to your private party room where guests can change into their SOAR! socks. Guests will then enjoy the first 60 mins of adventure on our attractions, followed by time in the party room for food, cake, presents, or however you would like to celebrate! After your celebration time, guests are welcome to continue to play until their wristband turns red which will be two hours after the start of the party time.​

Q: Will I have my own party host?

 

A: Yes! Every SOAR! party has a dedicated party host who assists throughout your celebration, ensuring everything runs smoothly.

Q: What communication should I expect from the SOAR! Party Team?

 

A: After booking, you will receive a confirmation email with an RSVP link to send out to your guests.  The SOAR! Party Team will reach out to confirm details and answer any questions. When booking your party, you will be asked to provide us with specific details pertaining to your party package.  You will receive a follow-up call approximately two weeks before your party date to finalize your plans and guest list.

Q: How do I invite my guests to sign the waiver?

​

A: Once your party is booked, you’ll receive a custom invitation link that can be shared with guests’ parents or guardians. They can RSVP and complete the waiver online before the event to speed up the check-in process. If their child already has a waiver on file in our system, then they can simply RSVP to your party.

Q: What does the check-in process look like?

​

A: Please plan to arrive about 15 minutes before your scheduled party start time.  You’ll enter the party check-in line where our team will verify waivers for all guests. Each jumper will receive their SOAR! socks and a wristband (we’ll confirm sizes during check-in).  Once complete, your party host will guide you to your private room where guests can leave items while they play.

Q: Are the required SOAR! socks included in the party packages?

 

A: Yes! All jumpers receive a pair of official SOAR! grip socks, included with your party package. They will be handed the appropriate size at check-in.  While we have to ask for specific sizes in the online booking process, we will happily exchange for correct sizes at check-in.​​

Q: Are siblings of my jumping guests included in the party count?

 

A: Only if they’re participating as jumpers. Each party may choose to notify us if you are adding siblings or if we should direct them to purchase an Adventure Ticket to jump during the same time as the party if they wish to do so.

Q: Can we bring our own cake, cupcakes, or other desserts?

 

A: Yes! Desserts are welcome with any party package.  We provide plates, napkins, utensils, cake serving utensils, and a lighter for candles. Please note: We cannot refrigerate or freeze items, so please plan accordingly.

Q: Do you allow outside food and drinks?

 

A: Yes! You may bring outside food, drinks, and desserts with any party package.  Some packages include food, but you’re still welcome to bring additional items. Parties may also add additional food items to their booking such as additional pizzas or Chick-Fil-A nugget trays.  Please remember: No crockpots, food warmers, or microwavable items are allowed.

Q: Can we bring in decorations?

 

A: Definitely! You’re welcome to bring themed or custom décor as tabletop or free-standing decorations. SOAR! does provide the following:

  • Navy blue tablecloths for up to three picnic tables

  • A 6-foot serving table with blue tablecloth 

  • White lunch plates, maroon cake plates, napkins, and plasticware at each place setting
     

Decoration Guidelines:

  • Tabletop décor and free-standing signs or banners are allowed (no hanging or taped banners)

  • Balloons must be anchored to a weight and distributed outside if given to guests

  • No piñatas, confetti, or silly string inside the building

  • Please prepare decorations (such as inflating balloons) before arrival.  Your party host can set up themed tabletop items for you once you arrive

Q: Can we bring gifts?

​

A: Yes! You’re welcome to bring and exchange gifts during your party time. Your private room includes table space for presents and personal items.

Q: What ages need to be included as party guests?

 

A: All ages are welcome to participate!

  • Children 2 and under receive a free admission if their parent or guardian is listed as an official party guest and is also participating

  • If the parent or guardian is not participating, the child (2 and under) may still be listed as the official guest

  • Non-participating adults may attend for free and don’t count toward your guest total
     

Q: Do I get any party discounts or benefits if I have a membership?

 

A: No, there are no party discounts related to our membership programs. The birthday guest is free for all party packages. Guests attending the party are included in the party count at all listed pricing, regardless if they have a membership.
